Job Description: 

Our travel agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages to clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

​

Responsibilities: 

• Sell travel packages to clients by identifying their needs and recommending suitable travel options

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

• Process payments and bookings for clients

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel destinations

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Proven sales experience in the travel industry

• Excellent command of the English and Arabic language (Fluency in a third language is a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of travel industry products, destinations, and trends

• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office
