Day 1: Amman Airport – Amman

Arrive in Amman, the capital of Jordan, which is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Set off on an unforgettable adventure to historic Jordan, where Darna's Travel representative will meet and assist upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) Amman. Completion of all costumes, immigration procedures, passport formalities, and Visa handling will be processed. Private transfer to the hotel with accommodations provided. Spend the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: Amman – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Shobak Castle – Petra

Set off for Madaba this morning to see the oldest mosaic map in the world, housed within the historic St. George Church. Continue to Mount Nebo, overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Believed to be the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land and later buried, take in the spectacular views of this sacred place. Next, drive to the fascinating Shobak Castle, a Crusader Castle dating back to 1115. At the end of the visit, head to Petra and check in at the hotel. Spend the evening at your leisure, ready to discover the ancient city in the morning!

Day 3: Petra

Spend today exploring the famous Nabatean capital with a journey to Petra! During the visit, discover the most important and representative monuments, sculpted into the rock by this ancient civilization. Admire the Treasury, the famous and most internationally recognized monument featured in one of the Indiana Jones films, Star Wars, Transformers, The Mummy Returns, Aladdin, Mortal Kombat, and much more! Petra is one of those places in the world that you must visit at least once in your life! One of the Seven Wonders of the World, enjoy an unforgettable day exploring this bucket-list site. At the end of the visit, return to the hotel.

Day 4: Petra – Little Petra – Wadi Rum (4x4 2 Hrs.) – Amman

Today, head to a lesser-known site named Little Petra, located north of Petra. A narrow gorge of 2 meters wide, this rocky landscape is adorned with typical Nabatean architecture, making this one of the most unique sites in the country. Originally, Little Petra was inhabited by the Nabateans and is home to a number of tombs, water tanks, and riverbeds. Next, continue to beautiful Wadi Rum, the desert made famous by Lawrence of Arabia. Take a 4x4 excursion across the lunar-like landscape for an unforgettable experience. At the end of the visit, return to the hotel in Amman.

Day 5: Amman – Jerash – Amman (Panoramic) – Dead Sea – Amman

Today, check out the old and new parts of Amman panoramic style, then transfer to Jerash. Likened to Pompeii, Jerash is one of the world’s best-preserved classical sites, with its forum of colonnaded shops, temples and theatres. This beautiful Greco-Roman city is also famous for its ‘Triumphal Arch’, the Hippodrome and the wide street of columns, which leads to the Temple of Artemis.. Transfer to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea, for swimming and leisure, and finally transfer back to your hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Amman – Amman Airport

Transfer to the airport. Assistance with formalities and departure.
